Refund policy
14 days, full refund If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the price you paid.
What we accept Please return the complete set of five books. It's fine if your child has read them; we only ask that they aren't damaged beyond normal reading. If your order included the audiobooks, they're refunded together with the books.
How to return
- Email: info@wonderlab.store with your order number and let us know you'd like to return it.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions.
- Ship the books back within 14 days of contacting us.
Return shipping If you're returning because you changed your mind, the return shipping cost is yours. If your order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, we cover it, and you can choose a replacement instead of a refund.
When you get your money back We issue the refund within 5 business days of receiving the books, to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Gifts If you received WonderLab as a gift, you can return it too. The refund goes to the person who placed the order.
Cancelling before it ships You can cancel any order that hasn't shipped yet for a full refund. Email us and we'll take care of it the same day.
