Shipping policy

Processing time Every order leaves our warehouse within 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM ET or on a weekend start processing the next business day.

Delivery time and cost We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. Standard: 3 to 5 business days after shipping. You'll see the exact cost and options at checkout before you pay.

Tracking Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. If you don't see it within 3 business days of your order, check your spam folder or write to us at info@wonderlab.store

Holiday orders To receive your order by December 24 with Standard shipping, order by 12/16. 

If we can't ship on time If anything delays your order beyond the time stated above, we'll email you before that time passes with a new shipping date. You can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund, with no questions asked.

Gift orders If you mark your order as a gift, we leave the prices off the packing slip and include your note. You can ship it directly to the recipient's address.

Audiobooks If your order includes the audiobooks, you'll receive a link to them by email right after purchase. There's nothing to ship.

Wrong address, lost or damaged packages Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll fix it before it ships. If a package is marked delivered but you can't find it, wait 48 hours and check with neighbours, then contact us. If your books arrive damaged, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
